Process from Booking to Delivery
1.Consultation and booking
Contact us via email. After reviewing
your request, we’ll respond with details. Once the date and plan are finalized, we’ll arrange an online consultation to discuss your shoot concept.
2. Arrival at the studio
Arrival at the studio Please arrive at the reserved time.
Parking guidance will be provided if you come by car.
3. Hair/makeup, shooting, and photo selection
After a final confirmation, we’ll begin hair and makeup. The shoot will proceed based on the discussed concept. Afterward, we’ll review the photos together for retouching requests.
4. Checkout
Payment is accepted via cash or bank transfer.
5. Photo delivery
Photos and videos will be delivered approximately one month after the shoot. Prints will be mailed, and digital files will be sent via a download link.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date will incur a fee. A charge of 20% of the photography fee applies for cancellations made 7 to 4 days in advance, 50% for those made 3 days prior, and 100% for cancellations on the day of use.
